Spiritual Sobriety

My next retreat is the start of my 12-month wisdom mentorship: Spiritual Sobriety, a transformative journey to heal the abandoned parts of ourselves and reconnect them back to our inherent divine essence.

March 21st, 2025

This retreat aims to reconnect you to your vibrancy and belonging and kick off an amazing year of support.

Immersed in nature, expert facilitation & retreat for 3 days, you might find:

  • Your home of belonging

  • New ways to see, think, and feel

  • Healing and forgiveness

  • A new or renewed connection to Self and Source

  • A process to be with the inescapable problems of loss, aloneness, shame, and regret

  • Community of fellow travelers

  • Alignment with reality that is open, compassionate, and profound

This retreat is perfect for you if you…

  • Are ready to reclaim the hidden parts of self in a new way

  • Desire to process, digest, and transform old wounds without negation of what happened

  • Are ready to love yourself fully - the “good, bad, and ugly”

  • Are tired of excuses, distractions, and dissociation

  • Have tried “it all” and keep finding yourself back at the beginning - feeling the same way, thinking the same way, doing the same things

  • Are ready to let go of fear and intuitively know how to ‘go’

  • Want to experience Love itself

If you want to experience the fullness of belonging to your whole self, join me March 21st - 23rd at my homestead in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains.

Let love heal you.

What is the retreat format?

This retreat supports deep inquiry in a loving, stable, confidential environment. We will explore the fourth step of AA and map it to other transformational lenses to uncover hidden treasures for our emotional and spiritual development. You will leave with a clear and accessible process to support your continued interest, actions, and growth.

Each day will include somatic-based movement practices, teaching from perennial wisdom traditionsinquiry, and time in communitynature, and rest.

Time with the horses will be woven in throughout the weekend for support in resetting our nervous systems and dropping into our hearts 💖

Accommodations

Our guest rooms are in a restored barnhouse. They are beautiful, rustic, and affordable, allowing you to immerse yourself in learning and community fully.

Accommodations must be reserved before arrival. The barn is primarily a shared space. Five private sleeper spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Camping on the property is also an option (you must provide your own camping gear), and there’s a fee for use of the property and access to showers.

All our spaces have heat and A/C and access to shared toilets and showers. All genders share all bathrooms. This is a private sustainable farm, and the accommodations reflect this. There is one shared composting toilet near the barn where participants will stay and one central flushing toilet in the dining hall, 100 feet away. There are two showers in a co-ed bathroom in the converted barn.

You can select your specific sleeping space upon arrival (first come, first serve).

Please bring linens (sheets, blankets, pillows), towels, and review FAQs.

Meet Your Facilitator —

  • Holly has been facilitating retreats and supporting people in various stages of growth for many years. She utilizes ancient wisdom teachings and inquiry for transformative experiences. She holds a unique container.

“Holly has this uncanny way of leading another person to truth with no tricks and nothing to learn or figure out. Inquiry is the most honest, hopeful work you can ever do, and Holly is a master.”
