Spiritual Sobriety —
Learn to know love itself & find a home within…
(without endless self-helping)
We begin March 21st, 2025, on retreat
at my home, Circle Yoga Shala.
Whether you join us for our retreat or our first call on April 1st, you are welcome here & we will make a way for you.
Because my love, aren’t you just bone-tired??
When students come to me, the thing I hear most is how truly sick & tired they are of hearing themselves talk about how sick and tired they are.
They’re exhausted from hearing themselves say the same things, over and over again.
Drained from watching themselves do the same things, over and over again.
Weary from all the efforting, only to find themselves back in the same patterns, over and over again.
They have simply come to the end of their rope.
Life hasn’t turned out as promised despite trying everything to make it so.
Self-help program after self-help program purchased… and there they are again.
New house, new wardrobe, new car, new partner… and there they are again.
They have tried everything in the book: Geographical changes. Relationships. Food. Shopping. Self-numbing strategies. Self-Help & mastermind courses. Success and money…
None of these cures healed you, did they?
There comes a point where you have exhausted all avenues, have tried all the coping strategies & “bettered” yourself as much as you can before the cycle starts again:
There you are…
doing the same old things…
thinking the same old thoughts…
feeling the same old ways.
This is precisely when our sacred work becomes the most potent.
With all love and kindness, may I just ask…
aren’t you tired yet?
Tired of buying programs like you buy clothes?
Tired of seeking?
Tired of not being enough?
Tired of relating to yourself as something that needs to be fixed?
Tired of repeating that same old pattern of thinking?
Do you really need to exhaust all of this again?
I am begging you to STOP. With all my tenderness, STOP so something different might be possible.

Here’s what I know to be true:
There is a path, if you’re willing to take it, that leads you to…
🕊️ A genuine spiritual awakening that frees up energy that was once trapped by old imprints and adaptive strategies
🕊️ Resolving imprints and wounds from your early life without ruminating on them so you stop repeating patterns, relationships, and choices that were mere manifestations of your soundings
🕊️ Creative, luminous space opens up, leading to a deep clarity where you can see subtleties in what has shaped you and how to stop repeating the same old things
🕊️ A new perspective, more miraculous than changing your mindset, where you learn to use life’s ups and downs as a continuous invitation to deepening, opening, and healing
🕊️ Physical, mental, and emotional transformations: the experience of an electric aliveness in your body that the ancients spoke of: deep openings, chakras clearing, awakening from the inside-out
🕊️ Complete transformation, not just behavior change. This kind of change enables you to see in entirely new ways. As we say at the Shala, “You can’t uncook a carrot”
🕊️ The ability to trust yourself and discern what is right for you in the moment without more self-help or analysis
🕊️ Vibrancy, aliveness, and a new way of relating to the world around you
🕊️ Deep healing for the small child inside, giving way to new levels of honesty, authenticity, generosity & compassion
🕊️ Access a part of yourself that is deeply connected to Source. Feeling a home inside & finding belonging within and all around you
🕊️ An understanding of your higher power, without dogma or belief, as a result of finding a home within
You will finally leave the familiarity of your trauma and return to the home that was always inside.
This works if you are ready for something honest. This works if you work it.
Are you willing to try something different?
My story…
At 27, as a single mother with a two-year-old son, I stepped into the luminous rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous, crossing the threshold from despair to hope.
The wreckage of my past—alcohol, cocaine, toxic relationships, a failed marriage, military discharge, corporate highs and lows—had left me feeling hollow and incomplete.
I was caught in a terrifying limbo, afraid to live yet equally afraid to die. At that moment, I surrendered, and grace enveloped me.
While alcohol initially drove me to seek help, I soon realized I was there to heal from so much more. I was grappling with the fear of life itself—fear of scarcity, of my own intensity, of disappointment and betrayal, of happiness even, and of life's inherent uncertainty and fragility.
In recovery, I learned to tenderly embrace all the fragmented, undeveloped parts of myself—remnants of my formative years that I had long tried to manage through distraction, dissociation, and manipulation.
Meeting myself in the fullness of my humanity and learning to live life on life's terms marked the beginning of my spiritual awakening. This awakening was a gradual process, like the slow breaking of dawn.
The principles I learned in AA evolved from mere sobriety tools into a roadmap for authentic, purposeful living. True healing, I discovered, came not just from abstaining from substances but from facing my fears, embracing vulnerability, and accessing my divine essence.
Spiritual Sobriety transcends the act of not drinking. It's about finding a home within yourself, learning to trust life, and stepping into divine flow.
It's a state of being: you will intuitively know how to handle situations; you’ll no longer need external substances, people, or behaviors to feel whole or to escape life's challenges.
You will find purpose and meaning beyond material relationships alone.
You will know love itself as yourself.
You will cease being afraid and know how to fully live.
As a mother, mentor, and teacher who has been through all of this myself, I know how deep the need for nurturance, protection, and guidance is throughout this transformational process.
It’s so challenging to find wise eldership in our culture from teachers who have been humbled by life and risen from the ashes with timeless teachings that actually work. What I do isn’t therapy or coaching. It’s transformational work. This isn’t a mastermind or another self-help program.
Spiritual Sobriety offers you time in a container where you are initiated and are offered the proper time, depth of support, and care your Soul needs to integrate.
This is your invitation. Now is the time to stop and do something different.
A Message from Holly
It’s time for a joyful, Liberated Life.
If not now, when?

Spiritual Sobriety is a 12-month wisdom mentorship program that works with the most fundamental aspects of being human: Personal Suffering, Loss of Connection, and Access to a Higher Force.
Are You Ready?
If you’ve done plenty of programs, healing and self-analysis, but still struggle to…
Integrate and embody all that you know
Sift through the endless content and programs to find what is real, true and most importantly, what works
Transcend the shame and guilt that permeates all you do
Accept & work with reality as it is
Transcend ideology
Stop deliberately (unconsciously) manufacturing misery & repeating patterns
Question your thoughts, stories and develop your ability to access innate wisdom, intuition & discernment
Then, my love you don’t need “more.”
So, if not “more,” what is it that will liberate you & help you find what you’ve been working so hard for?
In Spiritual Sobriety you’ll experience your own liberation without adding “more” to know or attain.
The truth of our biology tells us that our automatic patterns are stronger and more protective than all the information we have learned. Until you have created the inner stability of a home within, this unconscious manufacturing of misery will cause you to repeat the patterns: gripping, holding, and trying to control reality.
This is why in Spiritual Sobriety, we don’t add more to take on; we use self-observation, embodied experience, ancient wisdom, and self-inquiry as a potent pathway to liberation from unnecessary suffering.

When you dare step into divine flow, the universe begins to open doors where there were only walls.

She guided me without judgment and met me where I was at, yet encouraged me to dive deeper. Even though our scheduled meetings are over, I hear her words and use what I’ve learned. You are better served by a licensed counselor or therapist.
You’re not open to new ways of thinking, questioning your automatic thoughts, or seeing things in a new way.

Know love itself & find a home within.
“For a decade I immersed myself in all kinds of therapies, coaching and trainings trying to fix myself. The incessant analysis and education left me painfully self-aware and even more neurotic as a result of knowledge without embodiment. I was yet to discover the core of shame driving me to “perfect” myself and manufacture my own suffering by trying to “fix” reality: in others, in myself, and all around me.
I came to Spiritual Sobriety in desperation, with a broken heart and what felt like the biggest failure of my life. Through Holly’s firm and gentle guidance, I began making peace with my own nature, while somehow transmuting the very parts of myself I’d sought to fix all those years.
One year out of the program and I’m now experiencing a newfound safety in my body, in my life and relationships where once there was a deep anxiety about my belonging. I know how to ride the waves of shame from, and understand shame’s origins. I no longer let shame & fear keep me from honoring my Truth, or from knowing my inherent lovability. By no means have I “arrived,” and thank goodness. Holly taught me how to be with reality, moment by moment, rather than treating life like something to dominate and win at. I am forever thankful for who I get to be and more importantly, how I get to be, as a result of this work.”

How is the Wisdom Mentorship inside Spiritual Sobriety different from self-help, coaching, therapy, or religious-based interventions?
I’m so glad you asked.
Wisdom mentoring differs from these other methods because it doesn’t revolve around perpetual self-improvement. While not discrediting the value of self-development, there comes a time when it’s necessary to move beyond this phase, to transcend and include.
The reason Spiritual Sobriety wisdom mentoring works where other methods fail is because this program facilitates your process of transformation: while something stays the same, something shifts in a fundamental way.
✔️ You will not be required to take on any new beliefs.
✔️ You will be met with love, care, and understanding every step of the way.
✔️ You will continue to ‘be yourself’, unapologetically!
✔️ What you’re getting back is the beloved you’ve always been searching for: yourself.

“Holly’s presence in teaching reflects floating like a butterfly and stinging like a bee. She demonstrates profound levity and poignancy, intuitively knowing when each is needed. I found her willingness to talk about her own struggles particularly valuable.”
—Allen E.

When you feel prepared to undertake this journey with me, I pledge to provide you with all the support you need. If what I’m offering resonates with you, let’s talk.
The Full Breakdown
-

No, there are not! You don’t need to study anything ahead of time or do anything else to prepare.
-
In a nutshell, Spiritual Sobriety includes the following elements.
2 group calls per month (24 in total)
Daily access to personal guidance from Holly, via Voxer
3 retreats: 2 immersions at Holly’s homestead + 1 virtual home retreat
Private community platform that houses recordings of all the calls, journal prompts from Holly, recorded practices, insights from participants, and other community building aspects
One-on-one calls with Holly set at key intervals in the program
2 online courses with Holly and Matt (approximately 30 hours of digital content)

-
The group meets virtually twice a month: a 120-minute call and a 60-minute call.
The calls are an essential part of the program. They provide direction for your personal work throughout the month; they keep you accountable to stay in the Work; and they allow you to share your experiences, receive feedback, and learn from others.
All the live calls are recorded and available for viewing anytime throughout the program.
While you’re highly encouraged to attend the calls live, you don’t have to worry in case you have to miss a session. You can revisit and reflect at your own pace.
-
Daily one-on-one mentoring is available 5 days a week via Voxer, a walkie-talkie app.
Voxer provides a seamless channel for communication, blending the convenience of technology with a personalized, intimate feel.
Holly uses the platform to support individuals between calls with refinement teachings and to provide individual support in real-time when needed.
This aspect of the program is a truly invaluable resource of continuous, personal support. It’s a fantastic and private tool!
-
Spiritual Sobriety includes 2 immersive retreats at Holly’s homestead in Jasper, AR.
Studies show the importance of leaving one’s home environment (the one where you are constantly being reminded of who you think you are) in order to allow the possibility of deep and true transformation.
This is why the retreats serve as pivotal moments for profound integration. They stand as an indispensable cornerstone of this program. Prepare for an immersive experience in nature, experiential wisdom practices, and communal learning.
Lodging is in shared sleeper spaces and all your meals are included. Private spaces are limited and can be booked at an additional charge.

I provide a tiered pricing structure to accommodate your budget. The three options available are above on the page.
